New Product Development & Production Readiness
Working with a leading agricultural equipment manufacturer, Wizards Precision Engineering supported the transition of a newly developed machine from concept into production.
Following initial design reviews, our engineering team refined several fabricated assemblies to reduce complexity whilst improving structural performance. Prototype components were manufactured, evaluated and modified through multiple development iterations before entering pilot production.
Production trials identified opportunities to reduce assembly time, simplify welding operations and improve component consistency across manufacture.
