A leading UK OEM experienced rapid growth following the successful launch of a new product range. Demand quickly exceeded the capacity of its in-house manufacturing facility, creating production bottlenecks, increasing lead times and placing customer delivery commitments at risk.
Rather than investing in additional premises, machinery and personnel, the customer partnered with Wizards Precision Engineering to provide flexible manufacturing capacity. Working closely with the customer's engineering and procurement teams, we assumed responsibility for the manufacture of key components and assemblies, integrating seamlessly into their existing production schedule.
